Tapout Fitness Yoga Program
Yoga has been one of the most popular group fitness classes in the world for many years, and there is a reason for that. Yoga is effective, low impact, and provides visible body change in some of the areas that people, and especially women, frequently have trouble with. Abs and core, thighs, butt, arms, and shoulders are all areas that a Yoga class will help tone. In addition, Yoga creates incredible flexibility, which reduces the risk of injury during all manner of other physical activities. Tapout Fitness believes that in addition to our incredible combat sports and HIIT based group fitness programs, we should offer a more traditional change of pace class, and Yoga fits that description perfectly! Come in and get centered at our yoga class before you go and sweat like crazy in one of our kickboxing classes!
WHAT IS YOGA?
People frequently ask us what is Tapout Fitness Yoga? Our Yoga program is taught by an 8th degree Karate black belt, who has decades of experience in multiple martial arts disciplines. We have designed the Yoga class to provide maximum flexibility and muscular endurance at the “weak” muscle, most especially the ones that are used during a boxing, kickboxing, or mixed martial arts event.
HOW LONG ARE THE YOGA CLASSES?
Tapout Fitness Sandy Springs currently has a 1 hour version and a 30 minute express version of the Yoga class. Please consult the coached fitness calendar to find out the scheduling details.
HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK DOES TAPOUT HAVE A YOGA CLASS?

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR YOGA?
Just yourself! We have brand new Yoga mats, an isolated group fitness room that will block out all outside distractions, and great instructors to take you thru the program.
IS YOGA INCLUDED WITH MY TAPOUT MEMBERSHIP?
Yoga is included with all Tapout Fitness Coached Fitness Membership Packages.
